Mr. Cadoret retired in mid-2016 after completing nearly 30 years of federal service, the vast majority of which was spent as a career Staff Attorney at the United States District Court for the Western District of Missouri in Kansas City. While there, his duties included conducting legal research and advising the assigned federal district judges concerning those cases within his area of expertise – federal civil rights litigation.
He also is familiar with the Missouri state court system, having served as Law Clerk to the Honorable William F. Mauer (now retired) at the Jackson County Circuit Court from 1987 through 1989.
Mr. Cadoret has been Of Counsel to the firm since November of 2016, where he continues to provide expert advice in the area of municipal liability litigation.
