Emma H. Taylor joined the firm in August of 2025 and is licensed to practice in the state of Kansas. Ms. Taylor earned her undergraduate degrees at the University of Kansas and was accepted into the Legal Education Accelerated Degree (LEAD) Program while there. She participated in the LEAD Program and graduated from The University of Kansas School of Law. While attending law school, Ms. Taylor worked in the Legal Aid Clinic representing clients in both juvenile and municipal matters. In addition to that role, she worked as a staff editor for the Kansas Journal of Law and Public Policy. Upon her graduation from law school, she also received an Advocacy Skills Certificate. Prior to joining FPS&S, she served as an intern for the 15th Judicial District of Kansas and the Johnson County Legal Department.
