Mr. Green defends government entities, businesses, and individuals in all types of Civil Litigation, including Personal Injury, Premises Liability, Fraud and Misrepresentation, Civil Rights, Employment and Discrimination, Professional Malpractice, Construction Disputes, Real Estate disputes, Insurance Coverage, and Breach of Contract claims. Mr. Green also regularly represents insurance companies on a wide variety of coverage issues and disputes, as well as on first party claims. In addition to his civil litigation practice, Mr. Green regularly represents and advises rural water districts and other governmental entities on all legal aspects of their operations, including personnel issues, Kansas Open Records and Open Meetings issues, and contracts. Mr. Green joined the firm in 2010 and became a partner in 2016.
